Adam Randall Earns Award for His Hard Work & Commitment to FWE 

Please join us in congratulating Adam Randall who is the next recipient of the Extra Mile Award!

Adam has taken on much more of a leadership role in Engineering over the last year.  In addition to designing, reviewing orders, training employees and being the “keeper” of our PDM software, he has made time to start automating our design processes.  He is developing a process that will dramatically reduce the time required for design.  For example, it will enable us to design a standard door by simply entering the door’s dimensions.  His efforts to improve efficiency and reduce cost deserve recognition.
