At less than 17” high and 18” wide, this heated holding cabinet accommodates shallow and deep 12″ x 20″ pans. Made for placement on countertops and highly mobile this product can be fitted with side handles, pedestal legs and other accessories built for your needs.
Radiant heat rises naturally and circulates from bottom to top without blowers. The heating system is built into the cabinet to reduce maintenance and cleaning costs. The electronic controls are up front and easy to operate, featuring a full range thermometer and thermostat with a scale of 90° F to 190° F.
The unique pan slide racks are stainless fixtures for better strength and front edges are relieved for loading. Racks are removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.
