Megan Davis Inspires FWE to Launch “Extra Mile Award” Recognition Program

With the customer service department down a team member for several weeks in a row, Megan Davis went above and beyond her typically daily job duties. She took on extra job responsibilities during this time and truly showed what it means to be a team player. It was a challenging couple of weeks and she gave it more than her all and deserves special recognition.

We are not only presenting an “Extra Mile Award” winner for the first time, but also acknowledging that she has been the inspiration to start up this award program.
